The demolition of the 7-storey building on the terrace to enable a replacement to be built. DTCE developed a carefully designed propping sequence to enable a 5-tonne excavator to demolish the building from the top down Floors are not usually designed to support a 5-tonne excavator which made this project oddly challenging.
